Jessica and Nathaniel truly have an adorable story of how they fell in love. Nate moved down to Fayetteville Arkansas from Illinois and started attending Cross Church in Springdale. It wasn’t long after that Jessica’s Grandparents met him and started developing a friendship with him. They started inviting Nathaniel to several family gatherings, where Jessica finally got to meet him. But their romantic relationship didn’t begin until one day, on the way to Florida with her family, Jessica decided to text Nathaniel to congratulate him on buying a new house. That friendly text, turned into flirting, which led them to talking on the phone the ENTIRE night. On the night Jessica got back from Florida, they went on their first date. After 3 months, they were engaged!!!
Jessica and Nathaniel got married in Fayetteville, AR at the Garden Room on Dickson Street. They decided to do a first look, which I’m always a huge fan of! A first look is a time set aside before the ceremony, for the Bride and Groom to see each other for the first time that day. I encourage all my clients to do this, as it allows for the Bride and groom to share that moment with just each other, it relieves stress from the ceremony, and it gives time to allow for photos before the ceremony so there is not a gap between the ceremony and reception! Check out their perfect first look photos!
Jessica’s Bridesmaids and Nathaniel’s Groomsmen were so awesome. I always love it when the Wedding party is super relaxed and wants to support the Bride and Groom! It makes for way better photos!
It was a cold morning, and I couldn’t feel my fingers, but despite these bridesmaids being in dresses they were nothing but smiles (and some shivers).
Nate and his groomsmen being very “GQ”.
By the ceremony the weather had warmed up, and we were all in the sun!
Jessica and Nate had written their own vows. I’ve taken photos for a lot of weddings, but their vows were by far the sweetest and most genuine I had ever heard.
After the ceremony, the Bride and Groom let us chill out with them in the bridal suite, where the couple got to relax for a few minutes and eat some Chick Fil A!
While we were in the bridal suite, I took this photo of the Bride and Bridesmaids coffee cups from earlier that morning, super cute!
After relaxing a bit, It was time to introduce the just married Bride and Groom to the reception!
The reception was jam packed with so many friends and family of the Bride and groom!
The bouquet and garter toss:
If there is one thing you should know about Jessica and Nate, it's that they like to show off their dance moves!
The Bride and Groom said goodbye to their guests in a very "bubbly" fashion.
Jessica and Nate's wedding was my first wedding to kick off 2016, and I couldn't have asked for a more easy going and relaxed couple to start off the year! I've had the pleasure of knowing Jessica for several years before hand, and it was so humbling that she picked me to be the photographer for Her and Nate's big day. My wife and I wish them nothing but the best for years to come!
THANK YOU SO MUCH JESSICA AND NATE!
